Composing in Electronic Enviroments
Use electronic environments for drafting, reviewing, revising, editing, and sharing texts
For drafting, reviewing, revising, editing, and sharing texts I only used electronic environments. The only times that I have not are when my professor printed his commentary on my paper to show my final grade. I did not use to do my drafting processes this way until I realized how much easier it was to use email, Microsoft, blogs, and other online resources to get things done. Below is an example of my online portfolio where I posted my final work for my professor and classmates to review.

Locate, evaluate, organize, and use research material collected from electronic sources, including scholarly library databases; other official databases (e.g., federal government databases); and informal electronic networks and internet sources
I have known how to create a works cited page and research for different appropriate sources since high school, take it that it was a research based school we had to do one every year. However, this semester we did not have to create a works cited page for any of our final drafts. The only type of sourcing that we practiced was hyperlink. I have attached my blog URL to my final drafts so you can see an extensive amount of hyperlinks that we used. I also liked using hyperlinks better than using the MLA format to show sources used because it was less complicated.

Understand and exploit the differences in the rhetorical strategies and in the affordances available for both print and electronic composing processes and texts
This semester I learned that using your computer and other electronic devices make the final draft process less complicated. However, I prefer print when it comes to editing and receiving feedback because it is easier to understand and see where exactly you went wrong. I found out that reading papers is more interesting to me online than on a print out because everything seems so clear. This semester I took advantage of both electronic composing and print processes to post and perfect my writing. Below is an example of my professor giving me advice on making my writing better through a printed document.
